Loose-leaf publications and supplements
It may take about a month from ordering to reception of a publication in loose-leaf format because we start its binding after confirming the order.
To keep the information up-to-date, we publish supplements to such publications when necessary and send them to all of their purchasers at extra cost.
If you do not need these supplements, you are kindly requested to inform us to that effect by fax or the contact form.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost varies depending on the destination as well as the size and quantity of books ordered.
We inform you of an exact amount charged for shipping after the placement of order.

Consumption tax is included in the price.
Confirmation of order
If you place an order directly from this website, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
In the case of an order by fax, we will call you to confirm the receipt of your order.
Returns and exchanges
