| How to Order the Book You can get order form for our publications by clicking the ORDER FORM below. Order by FAX, E-mail or post is available. The ordered book will be delivered to you with the invoice. The bill will be forwarded to you separately due to our accounting management (the total amount in the end of the month will be debited). All the prices include the consumption tax, but the actual expense for delivery will be charged additionally. Notes to Foreign Subscribers If you order our publication from any country outside Japan, the Banking Charge (6,000 Yen, a flat rate) will be added to the ordinary postage. Note:Loose-Leaf Supplemental Books For customers who ordered the total set (binder and loose-leaf part), the delivery will be made after setting up the latest version upon receiving the order. So, please understand that it will take about one month to deliver the book to you. This type of book adopts the loose-leaf system with the binder, and the supplemental versions shall be issued every time of the revision in order to keep the latest contents of the book.
